SessionSaver for Firefox

My browser is always opened with twenty or more tabs opened at the same time viewing different pages. Some of the pages are HOWTO, news, etc that I haven’t got time to read. I would like my browser to be able to save and restore opened webpage when I quit or crash the browser.

I’m using Safari as my main web browser with the Saft extension which allows me to save and restore opened web page. However, there are times when I also use Mozilla Firefox on Linux or Windows. Mozilla Firefox is a good browser, but it doesn’t allow me to save and restore my opened pages.

I searched Mozilla Update website, and I found the SessionSaver. SessionSaver is an extension to the Mozila Firefox browser allowing you to restore your browser exactly as you left it.

The extension do exactly restore your browser as you left it. It will restore windows, tabs, cookies, and scrolling. I no longer have to scroll down to the page/line that I last read because this extension save your scroll.

The extension do not save filled form though. I wrote a sentence in a webform without submitting the information and then close my firefox. When I re-opened firefox, the form is empty.

You can also save your session and name the session so you could open them again in the future. To delete saved session, just right/middle click the saved session.

A really useful extension for those who wish to save their session and continue where you left straight away. Now, you don’t have to finish reading if you have to reboot, or you do not loose any reading if your firefox crash. Go to Mozilla Update to Install SessionSaver.
